Make a Warranty Claim

Use this form to start a warranty claim on any Australian Polymore product. All claims are processed by our team in Melbourne, VIC, in accordance with our Warranty Terms and the Australian Consumer Law.

Before you submit, please have your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) ready. If your product was installed by a licensed plumber, please also have their licence number and Certificate of Compliance on hand.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
