WARRANTY COVERS:

Australian Polymore P/L will supply a replacement product where a fault is shown to be caused by faulty manufacture or materials, subject to correct installation procedure. This guarantee does not include removal and installation costs.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for the major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

DOES NOT COVER:

Does not cover glass which cannot be warranted. Does not cover misuse, abuse, wear & tear or incomplete return of product. In order to claim under Manufacturers Warranty, please contact the retailer where you purchased goods from or Australian Polymore P/L for information on correct return procedures. The consumer is responsible for expenses associated with a warranty claim, not Australian Polymore P/L. The warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under the law. If goods are found to be defective or faulty, Australian Polymore P/L retains the right to repair or replace product at our discretion. All Australian Polymore P/L plumbing products are to be installed by a qualified plumber. Failure to do so will void warranty. A Certificate of Compliance from your plumber will be required for any warranty claim.
