WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty is applicable only with a valid receipt of purchase.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

Australian Polymore Pty Ltd ("the Company") warrants the following products against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein:

Parts & Labour cover applies only in the first 12 months from date of purchase and only where the fault is covered by this warranty (i.e. not caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or events outside the warranty).

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations set forth in this document, Australian Polymore Pty Ltd will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that is found to have a fault caused by defective manufacture or materials.

This warranty is subject to: - (a) The product being installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the Company's installation guidelines; - (b) The product being used for its intended purpose; - (c) The provision of valid proof of purchase.

Product replacement is covered for the periods above. Removal and re-installation by a licensed plumber is covered under the Parts & Labour component for the first 12 months from the date of purchase, capped at $300 inc GST per claim on presentation of a paid tax invoice.

3. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover:

(a) Glass components, which cannot be warranted;

(b) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect;

(c) Normal wear and tear;

(d) Incomplete return of product;

(e) Damage occurring during transport or handling;

(f) Products not installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with relevant Australian standards;

(g) Damage caused by non-slip suction mats or similar products left on the shower base for extended periods, as this may cause moisture entrapment and damage to the gelcoat surface;

(h) Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures;

(i) Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons;

(j) Products where damage or fault was not reported to Australian Polymore (or the place of purchase) within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence;

(k) Products purchased by, or transferred to, anyone other than the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable;

(l) Damage caused by harsh or scouring cleaning products (rather than mild household detergent and a soft, non-abrasive cloth);

(m) Vitreous china components with dimensional variations up to ±3 mm, which are permitted under AS1976;

(n) Where proof of purchase is not provided.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS

For all product returns, the following procedures must be followed:

5.1 Pre-Authorization Required

All goods must be inspected and authorised by an Australian Polymore Pty Ltd Representative prior to return. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.

5.2 Information Required

To enable Australian Polymore Pty Ltd to process a Goods Return Advice (GRA), the following information must be provided:

(a) Australian Polymore Pty Ltd invoice number, or invoice from our reseller, or delivery docket number;

(b) An accurate description of the product being returned (including colour, size, style, model number);

(c) Reason for return (including detailed description of fault or damage);

(d) Store name, suburb or branch, and a contact name at the store;

(e) Credit claim number (if applicable);

(f) Re-supply detail (if appropriate).

5.3 Assessment

All returns are subject to the sole discretion of the Claims Manager. The Company reserves the right to charge appropriate handling and transport fees when a product is returned for non-warranty reasons.

6. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

All Australian Polymore Pty Ltd plumbing products must be installed by a licensed plumber. Failure to do so will void the warranty. A Certificate of Compliance from your licensed plumber will be required for any warranty claim.
